The Instructor

Dr. Kristie Rogers
Marquette University, Associate Professor of Management

Kristie Rogers’ research examines how individuals flourish amid stigma, disrespect, and tensions. Her findings appear in journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Review, and Journal of Applied Psychology. Recognized with awards such as the Responsible Research in Management Award and an Anti-Racism Research Grant from the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, she also serves as an Associate Editor at Academy of Management Review.

For over a decade, Dr. Rogers has taught negotiation and other organizational behavior courses, partnering with local businesses and Fortune 100 companies on workshops and consulting. Her practice-oriented writing is featured in Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review, and she’s been recognized among Poets & Quants’ 50 Best Undergraduate Professors of 2022. She earned her PhD in Organizational Behavior from Arizona State University. Previously, she was a stage manager for ESPN. Learn More
