FUEL Milwaukee was founded in 2001 as Young Professionals of Milwaukee with a mission to engage and retain the region’s emerging talent. Over time, it has grown into a multi-generational network that prepares and connects the next wave of leaders while keeping Milwaukee magnetic to talent.
What makes FUEL distinct is our approach: we design experiences that take professionals behind the scenes of Milwaukee — into boardrooms, onto bus tours, through hardhat sites, and into conversations with the leaders and brands shaping the city’s future. These experiences connect talent not only to each other, but to the fabric of the region they call home.
